Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

Only unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7-14 days of delivery.

2. Return Process

Customers must contact customer service to initiate a return, with details on where to send returns.

3. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting returned items, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Perishable items and items with short expiry date and certain specified items cannot be returned or refunded.
